Shipping Policy
Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order is processed & your payment is verified, your order is shipped within 5-7 business days. However, if ordering a wig, depending on the length and texture your shipping may be extended and you will be notified. This policy also applies when purchasing any inch longer than 30". Closures & frontals longer than 22” may take up to 13 business days to customize before shipping. Depending on the season HAIR extensions can take up 7-10 business days for just processing. Upon shipping you will be notified via the e-mail address you provided during checkout with shipping and tracking information.
We offer items available for immediate shipping. If you are in need of hair fast PLEASE view ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE SHIPPING/ONHAND before purchasing. Prices may be higher for items under the “IMMEDIATE SHIPPING” category.
Everything else is considered pre-order.
Please schedule your hair appointment once you receive your hair. We are not responsible for you missing your appointment because your hair has not been delivered yet. Please adhere to our processing and shipping times before purchasing.
Sales
During sales processing and shipping times will take longer than usual because of the high volume of orders. Please be mindful of this when ordering. ALL HAIR SHIPS AFTER THE SALE IS OVER.
